OPEN SERVICEA shared plan keeps the creative work moving. Each stage gives us a clear point to review before the next one begins.
STEP01
Start with the brief.
We discuss the audience, deliverables, references and timing, then agree what the project needs.
STEP02
Choose a direction.
Sketches, boards or style frames give the idea a visible shape before detailed production begins.
STEP03
Build and review.
The scene develops through modelling, animation and rendering, with review points agreed in the schedule.
STEP04
Prepare the handover.
We check the finished files against the agreed formats and package the final delivery with clear version names.
Our working habits matter as much as the finished frame. Here is what they look like in practice.
We start by asking what the scene should communicate. A strong visual direction makes later decisions about timing, framing and detail easier.
Our internal studies explore materials, movement and explanation. They give us space to test an approach before applying it to a larger brief.
Modelling, lighting, animation and editing shape the same result. Shared reviews help the different parts of a production stay aligned.
Ronan and the team stay involved in the creative discussion, keeping feedback close to the people making the work.
Alongside commissioned work, we develop small studio studies in motion and visual explanation.
STUDIO STUDY · SHORT-FORM MOTION

ROHAN MEHTAStartup Founder “The room felt considered from the first preview. The team listened carefully to our material notes and kept the review process clear.”
ELENA D’SOUZAReal Estate Director “The storyboard helped us agree what the explanation needed to say. Each revision stayed focused on that idea.”
FARHAN KHANCreative Head “The character has a distinct silhouette and a quiet sense of personality. It was enjoyable to see those qualities develop through the poses.”

We agree the delivery formats with the brief. These can include still images, video masters or platform versions, depending on the service.
Yes. A project can begin with a rough outline. We can include concept development, boards and visual direction in the proposed scope.
